PUPPY CONTRACT
Please read our puppy contract below. We will email the contract for you to print, sign and return to us. Once you do, we will return a copy of the contract signed by us. If you pick up your new puppy from us, we can handle contract signing at that time.

Seller and Buyer are collectively known as "parties".

This French Bulldog comes from our kennel in Monroe North Carolina.
This dog is sold as a Pet. Pet quality simply refers to the dog being sold as a pet and companion only.
Terms:
This dog is not being sold under co-ownership terms. Payment in full must be made prior to you taking ownership of the dog, payment is in cash, PayPal or Zelle.
Health Guarantee:
This puppy is warranted for one year against fatal congenital diseases: Conditions must be of a severe life threatening nature. Puppy must show defect within one year of age. Seller must be notified of the problem within two days of diagnosis. Buyer must produce reports from two licensed veterinarians from two unassociated veterinarian clinics, these reports must reach the same diagnosis and conclusion. Buyer must obtain all vet records and get them to seller within two days of first diagnosis. Buyers must return puppy to seller within ten days of report of first diagnosis. Seller will replace affected puppy of equal value. Affected puppy must be in good condition, other than the specified problem. Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping cost, includes shipping affected puppy to seller as well as shipping replacement puppy back to buyer. No replacement will be given to buyer if affected puppy is euthanized without seller's permission. If puppy should die within the one year warranty, buyer is required to have an autopsy performed to determine cause of death. No replacement will be given if affected puppy dies and buyer does not perform an autopsy or autopsy does not show any congenital defect caused by genetics. If the report confirms it is congenitally genetic, seller will replace the puppy within one year of the veterinary report. NO full or partial refunds will be given to buyer for affected puppy. Affected puppy is by REPLACEMENT ONLY. Replacement puppy will be chosen by seller and may NOT be from the same parents as the original puppy. Remember that a French Bulldog can over heat quickly and easily and may die as a result of over heating. He/She must be a indoor dog.
The Buyer's Responsibility:
The Buyer agrees to take good care of this dog, feed and house the dog properly {indoors}, maintain shots, control the dog on a harness or leash when in public and when off the premises of the dog's home. The dog's outdoor area will be fenced in and secure, or acceptable provisions will be made to assure the dog is safe any time he/she is outdoors. Buyer agrees to give the dog proper physical and emotional care and welfare. The buyer must agree to housing the dog indoors as its primary housing. If the dog is found to be allowed to run freely, running at large, creating a public nuisance, or found to be neglected, abused or allowed to live in poor health or poor conditions the Seller has all rights to repossession of this dog with no refund to the buyer. The death, injury or loss of said dog due to theft, carelessness, recklessness, abuse, neglect, heat stroke or accident will not entitle the buyer to any compensation from the seller.
This dog is warranted only for the purpose of being a companion animal, not for any other purpose or reasons. No warranty is given to the buyer for any special purpose or function of this dog. This dog is not to be used for any illegal or immoral activities and is not to be used for any type of puppy mill, dog farm or other mass producing or money making operation.
This dog is sold with limited registration (unless otherwise noted).
This dog is to be spayed or neutered (unless otherwise noted). Registration will be kept by us until such time that you provide proof, from a registered vet, that this has been done (must be done by dog’s 1st birthday). If Seller does not receive proof of spay or neuter by the dog’s first birthday, then buyer must pay an additional fee of $1,000 for failure to comply. If buyer does not pay the fee by 2 weeks after the dog’s first birthday, seller will have right to repossession of the dog. In the event the buyer is unable to keep this dog for any reason, the Buyer agrees to offer to the Seller the first chance to take this dog back. In the event of a re-sale the Buyer must notify the Seller with the new name and address of the new buyer and it must be approved by us first. Buyer agrees not to sell this dog to any retail company or establishment. Any changes to this contract must be in writing and signed by both parties. This contract is legal and may be enforced by legal means at the buyers expense and all disputes must be settled in the state of North Carolina. This dog is sold to you as a pet only and nothing further.

This is the entire agreement (2 pages) between the parties and is valid and agreed to by all parties. All parties have read and understood and agreed to this contract in full by signing below.
